Cancel Google Play Pass Subscription

If you no longer want to subscribe to Google Play™ Pass, you can easily cancel your subscription through the My Verizon app. This helps you manage your services and avoid unwanted charges.

Before you begin

Google Play Pass through your Verizon mobile account is no longer available. Once the subscription is removed it can't be re-added.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Google Play Pass
    .
  3. Tap
    Unsubscribe
     below the applicable number.
  4. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Confirm
    .
