If you want to stop automatically rejecting spam calls, the My Verizon website allows you to easily cancel the Call Filter service.

Steps

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.

From the Account Overview screen, navigate:

My products & plan perks

Call Filter

Below the desired line, select

Unsubscribe

Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy then select

Confirm
